President - Michael Wilson
Michael has over 23 years hands on management experience at various levels in handling Biotech\ Pharmaceutical,Heath Care IT services and Banking. His 16 years of Sales and Marketing in the health care industry has been a valuable asset at Cardus.
Michael received his MBA from University of Michigan and his BA in Business
Administration at Michigan State University.
Marketing Director - Penny Valentine
Penny Valentine began with VTSI in early 1988 and took the helm as President and CEO from 1996-2008. During that period, she developed the company from a small medical transcription service provider to a medium sized company. She sold the company to Cardus Inc in 2008 which enables her to return to her long-time passion of sales and marketing.
Programer Analyst - Sunil pantra
Sunil is an accomplished techno-professional with over 6 years of experience as Infrastructure Architect. He is responsible for all of the consulting & professional (onsite & remote) IT Management services for Cardus. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communication and possess multiple professional IT certifications.

Terri Ursini
Terri has over 16 years experience in the medical industry. Terri has been with Cardus/Valentine Transcription for 13 years with the past 8 years being in management. Prior to this, Terri worked in the medical field in various office management positions. Terri received her Associates Degree in Medical Information Management in 1992 with Medical Record/Transcription training at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas.
Linley Gibson
Linley has 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She graduated as a certified medical assistant in 1984 and has worked as both a medical assistant and as an office manager. She found her niche with medical transcription and has been a medical transcriptionist for 20 years with the last 7 as the manager of several thriving transcription accounts. She is currently working on her medical coding certificate.
